Since 1971 Bernd Meinhardt has been engaged
in properties of stable value in Spain, providing brokerage,
construction and consultancy services. A 21-year-old banker,
he started his career on the Spanish property market and became
one of the first foreign estate agents in Moraira, then a
sleepy fishing village.
Moraira is still the centre of his professional activities.
After more than ten years as sales manager in a renowned building
firm serving European customers, Bernd Meinhardt set
up his own Spanish business in 1986. His expertise, know-how,
and last but not least his good luck soon won him the great
respect of his international customers and Spanish business
